How do I find the Pipeline version number?

To find the Pipeline version used for a processed run, click on a run name on the Runs page. This displays the Pipeline Run Details Page. The version number of the Pipeline is listed there.

The current versions of Tapestri DNA Pipeline and Tapestri Protein Pipeline are v2.0.1.
