What are the ADO rate, doublet rate, and LOD?

  • Updated

The allele dropout (ADO) occurs when a sample is genotyped and one or both alleles are not present. Tapestri’s ADO rate is < 10 %.

The doublet rate is the fraction of multiple cells encapsulated within a single oil droplet that can impact data analysis and interpretation if not adequately addressed. Tapestri’s doublet rate is < 8 %.

The limit of detection (LOD) is the lowest quantity or concentration of a component that can be reliably detected with a given analytical method. Tapestri’s LOD is 0.1 % population frequency.
