Pipeline execution status and failure

The DNA Pipeline is split into 3 sequential parts. The output of each part is the input for the next. These 3 parts are:

1. Preflight checks (QC)
2. Alignment to VCF
3. Loom file generation

Tapestri DNA Pipeline first runs QC, followed by cell detection, variant calling, and finally Loom file generation. It conducts these checks to ensure quality data, and any failure is reported to the user.
