Review Variants navigation bar

  • Updated

This section lists the number and percentage of low-quality variants, low-quality cells, and low-frequency variants removed from each sample. Clicking in the horizontal bar with the words Discarded Data displays the information in a larger window.

The number of variants equals the number of selected variants in the Variants Table. The second number is the filtered variants from all the samples.

The number of subclones is the number of subclones in the selected variants minus the small subclones and missing GT subclones. The second number represents all the subclones in the selected variants.
