There are several reasons why the Tapestri Instrument touchscreen may become unresponsive:
- Several points on the touchscreen are touched simultaneously
- USB error
- Assembly error
If the screen becomes unresponsive, remove anything plugged into the Instrument’s USB port. Turn off the Instrument, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on.
