Can I use NextSeq 500/550 to sequence my libraries?

  • Updated June 30, 2021 07:06

Yes, the NextSeq 500/550 is compatible with the Tapestri libraries.

We recommend using v2.5 sequencing chemistry not v2.0.

Note: Merge all lane-specific reads before downloading all the compressed FASTQ files (lanes 1-4).
