What do I do if my sequencing run is underclustered?

  • Updated June 30, 2021 07:06
Potential Cause Suggested Resolution
Library concentration is below the recommended loading concentration Re-size the pooled library with Bioanalyzer.
Re-quantify the pooled library with Qubit and qPCR.
Verify that the loaded concentration of the library follows Illumina’s recommendations.
