Are undetermined FASTQ files required for Pipeline?

In some cases, the sequencing instrument generates FASTQ files that cannot be assigned to pre-defined index sequences and are summarized as undetermined.

When processing data on the Tapestri Pipeline and setting up a sample, do not include undetermined FASTQ files.
