Which sequencing chemistry do you recommend?

  • Updated April 20, 2020 19:31

Mission Bio’s DNA panels are optimized to be sequenced with PE 150 bp sequencing chemistry. Please refer to the Tapestri Single-Cell DNA Sequencing V2 User Guide for additional information about sequencing requirements.

In select cases, PE 250 bp may be used.
