How long can I store Tapestri libraries?

  • Updated June 30, 2021 07:14

Tapestri libraries can be stored before sequencing with the following guidelines:

Short-term storage (hours to a few days): +4 °C
Long-term storage (up to 6 months): -20 °C

We recommend re-quantifying and re-pooling libraries before sequencing if they have been stored for more than 6 months. This will improve the library quality.
