Can I use Tapestri reagents for bulk-control experiments?

  • Updated June 30, 2021 07:14

No, Tapestri reagents are optimized to work only in a single-cell setting. The lysis buffer and other downstream reagents are optimized to work in pico-liter reaction volumes on a per-cell basis.

We recommend using commercially available DNA extraction kits to process bulk material.
