What is the recommended storage temperature for primer pools?

  • Updated June 24, 2022 21:58

-20ºC is the recommended storage temperature of primer pools with freeze thawing having a negligible impact over the course of 32 reactions.

Note that custom panels may be shipped separately at room temperature. Oligo pools are suspended in TE buffer and are stable at room temperature for at least 25 weeks.
