Data analysis support is limited. The Mission Bio Barcode Extract Tool can be used to perform barcode extraction and correction from single-cell sequencing fastq/bam files in Linux. In this way RNA Fusion information can be linked to cells called by the standard Mission Bio DNA pipeline.
