This guide details how to pool 2 Mission Bio DNA panels for use in a single Tapestri run. Prior to pooling DNA panels, it is required to perform an in silico check using Tapestri Designer to verify the panels are compatible (ie no overlapping amplicons). Completing the check on Designer will also output the Design file necessary to run the Pipeline. In case of incompatibility or when using a panel targeting Mitochondrial DNA, please reach out to support@missionbio.com.
*NOTE*
Catalog panels may appear to be pooled unevenly. This is intentional and due to some primers being present at greater concentrations, or uneven number of Forward and Reverse primers.
