Step 5: Cell Calling

The genome editing (GE) pipeline performs cell calling using the intersection algorithm. This method combines the V2 and V3 cell calling methods described here. The intersection algorithm is used to focus on high completeness cells (i.e., barcodes with at least 80% of good-performing amplicons), while also removing any barcodes identified as invalid by the v3 cell calling method.
