What is the Bulk Run Mode?

"Bulk" run mode is used to process the Tapestri Targeted Bulk DNA Sequencing data processed using the Taspestri Bulk NGS Ancillary kit purchased from Mission Bio. This is part of sample multiplexing workflow and is used to generate high quality germline variants that can be used to then confidently demultiplex the samples.
