What causes cells to be lost during antibody demultiplexing?

For runs with >30% cells lost due to low reads reach out to support@missionbio.com.

Antibody Hashing

Low Read: Cells with fewer than 10 reads to hashing antibodies will be unassigned.

Unassigned: Sufficient reads, but the demultiplexing algorithm is unable to assign a cell to a single sample - high expression of one hashing antibody with medium expression of additional hashing antibodies.

Mixed: High confidence of multiple antibody markers present for a single cell barcode.
