How do I co-analyze other targets with the amplicons in the Tapestri Genome-Wide CNV panel?

You may co-analyze SNVs and focal CNVs (with a sensitivity down to 1 kb) along with the genome-wide CNV panel. You can do this in several ways:

1. 1. Use Tapestri Designer to create a new custom panel including the targets from the Genome-Wide CNV Panel along with your SNV / focal CNV targets.
   2. Create a custom panel with your SNV/ focal CNV targets, and combine this panel with the Genome Integrity panel. 
   3. Combine a Mission Bio catalog panel or a virtual panel with the CNV panel. 

To combine two panels, you will need to use appropriate volumes of primers from each panel. Please download our Panel Pooling Guide for guidance. We recommend that, when combining panels, you ensure that there are no conflicts across primers. To check panel compatibility, please contact support@missionbio.com.
