Are there any limitations when measuring CNVs in genome-edited cells?

  • Updated November 28, 2024 06:49

There are no limitations in measuring CNV in genome-edited cells. For specific studies of CNV associated with gene editing (i.e. Cas-9 guide RNAs), it is recommended to design additional amplicons surrounding the targeted loci to increase resolution.
