What is the sequencing depth needed for the Genome Integrity assay?

We recommend aiming for 80X sequencing depth assuming 11k cells. Calculations for recommended coverage can be found here. If the reads/cell/amplicon fall within our recommended range of 35-150, you should be confident in your data. If the depth is lower, then consider adding additional sequencing data.
