What is the highest ploidy the Genome Integrity pipeline will report?

  • Updated December 19, 2024 10:27

Ploidy = 3. The report will only report the complete loss (both alleles), copy loss, diploid and copy gain. The h5 file produced by the pipeline will contain ploidy values up to 5.
