Can Designer panel files be used with Pipeline?

Yes, .bed files downloaded from Tapestri Designer are compatible with Tapestri DNA Pipeline. 

It is important that the compressed .zip file is not unpacked or re-packed prior to usage in Tapestri DNA Pipeline.
