Are single-cell RNA-seq applications enabled?

Currently, Tapestri DNA Pipeline supports single-cell DNA applications, such as clonal heterogeneity, CRISPR editing development, and minimal residual disease.

Mission Bio is working on enabling single-cell RNA applications.
