Should I analyze a negative control (unedited sample)?

We highly recommend that you include a negative control in your Tapestri Analysis. This is often a mock sample, in which cells have been transfected/ transduced with either Cas9 and no gRNA, or a gRNA that does not target the genome of the cells used. The inclusion of a negative control will enable you to assess the false positives in the analysis.
