What size distribution of indels does the report show?

The Indel distribution plot in the knockout(KO) report shows indels up to 50 bp. The rest of the report shows indels within the activity window that may be larger than 50 bp. The pipeline has tested analysis of indels up to 50 bp, any indels larger than this should be interpreted with caution.
