Mission Bio has validated 2 sets of emulsion safe tubes. 0.2 mL Axygen MAXYmum Recovery PCR Tubes (PCR-02-L-C) and 0.2 mL TempAssure PCR Flex-Free 8-Tube Strips (USA Scient., 1402-4700, color: natural) (in EU markets sold through a distributor as 0.2 mL 8-Strip Non-Flex PCR Tubes, Starlab, I1402-3600, color: natural). It is not recommended to replace with alternative tubes.
Replacing the collection tubes with another brand may have adverse effects on the stability of the collected emulsions.
Gel loading tips, Axygen TGL200RD57R, may be replaced with other loading tips that meet the criteria specified by Axygen.
