Yes, Mission Bio supports custom panels. Go to Tapestri Portal, log in or sign up for an account, and launch Tapestri Designer. Click Create Panel to start the custom panel creation process.
Currently, we provide catalog human (hg19 and hg38) and mouse (mm10) genomes. You can also upload your own custom genome by following the steps listed here. For custom assays requiring other target regions, such as human or mouse CRISPR projects, submit your target list to support@missionbio.com.
