Do you support anything other than a human genome?

Tapestri Designer supports the human genome hg19 (GRCh37), hg38 (GRCh38) and the mouse genome mm10 (GRCm38). Tapestri Designer also has a provision to upload a custom genome. For more information, refer to this article. For custom panel designs that require more complex designs, contact support@missionbio.com. Please note that you may need to provide the complete reference sequences for any unique sequences that are to be targeted.
