Sample format

  • Cryopreserved samples, such as 10% DMSO + media/FBS
  • Cultured cells
  • Fresh tissue biopsies – Use Nuclei Extraction protocol or publicly available enzymatic dissociation, DNase-free protocols
  • OCT-embedded tissues – Use Nuclei Extraction protocol
  • Lightly fixed cells/nuclei (DNA-only)
    • Alcohol-based fixed samples, such as acetic acid, EtOH, and MeOH (2:1 Alcohol:Acid)
    • Samples fixed with low paraformaldehyde (PFA) <=0.5% w/v 
  • Maximum cell size <30 µm

  • Cell lines, such as K562 and RAJI
  • PBMCs
  • Bone-marrow-derived cells
  • Solid Tumor derived cells
