Can I pool and sequence DNA and protein libraries simultaneously?

  • Updated May 09, 2024 22:47

Yes, Tapestri DNA and protein libraries may be pooled and sequenced with one sequencing run.

Note that the smaller protein library (~250bp) clusters slightly better than the DNA library (~450bp).

Please see the Quantification and Pooling tool for additional information.
