[panel-id].amplicons is a file with 4 columns – chromosome, amplicon start position, amplicon end position, and amplicon ID. The amplicon coordinates include the forward primer, insert region, and reverse primer. It is used by Tapestri Pipeline to find the read distribution for each amplicon in each cell.
It shows one-based, fully closed coordinates for the amplicons.

For custom panels with predesigned workflow, the predesigned and newly created amplicon information will be available in the same format as above. The predesigned amplicons will have a different amplicon ID prefix: TAMPL.
