[panel-id]-coverage-summary.csv is a 7-column CSV file that lists the target ID, chromosome number, target coordinates, bases covered, bases missed, and R1R2 coverage for each target.
The R1R2 coverage is calculated based on the sequencing reads length of R1 and R2 reads with 150 cycles.
The bases covered is the sum of the bases per target being covered by the design.
The bases missed is the sum of the bases per target that are not covered by the design.
It shows one-based, fully closed coordinates for the targets.
