[panel-id].exons.bed is a file with 4 columns – chromosome, exon start position, exon end position, and amplicon ID. The start and end coordinates are specific to the exons that are covered by the amplicons. It is used by Tapestri Pipeline during RNA data analysis.
It shows zero-based, half-open coordinates for each exon covered by the amplicon.

For custom panels with predesigned workflow, the predesigned and newly created amplicon information will be available in the same format as above. The predesigned amplicons will have a different amplicon ID prefix: TAMPL.
