[panel-id]-design-summary.csv is a 10-column CSV file listing the amplicon ID, chromosome, amplicon coordinates, insert coordinates, forward/reverse primer and amplicon sequence, and reference genome for amplicons.
For catalog panels, it also shows the targets covered by each amplicon, increasing the column number to 11.
For custom and pre-designed catalog panels, it shows a review column that has a value of 1 if the insert region in the amplicon has highGC (> 62 %), increasing the column number to 11.
It shows one-based, fully closed coordinates for amplicons and inserts.

For custom panels with predesigned workflow, the predesigned and newly created amplicon information will be available in the same format as above. The predesigned amplicons will have a different AmpID prefix: TAMPL.
